May Is For Mocktails - The Sparkle-Rita

We took The Margarita One and gave it a fresh twist with cucumber, lime, mint, and a handful of ice cubes. The result is sparkly, calm, and kind of tastes like a deep breath.

Everything in this one is straight from the produce section (or your herb garden... or your neighbor’s if you’re feeling brave). It’s easy, it’s green, and it’ll make you feel slightly more put together than you actually are.

Here’s how to make it:


✨ Sparkle-rita Recipe

You’ll need:

  • 1 large cucumber

  • 1 cup water

  • Juice of 2 limes

  • A few tablespoons of mint (roughly 3, but do your thing)

  • Optional: 1–2 tablespoons maple syrup, depending on your sweet tooth

  • A pinch of salt

  • 1 cup of The Margarita One

  • 2 cups of ice (or however much feels right)

What to do:

  1. Peel and chop the cucumber.

  2. Toss it in a blender with the water, lime juice, mint, salt, and sweetener if using.

  3. Blend until smooth.

  4. Strain it into a jar or pitcher. (Or don’t. It’s your kitchen.)

  5. Add The Margarita One and ice.

  6. Stir, pour, garnish if you’re feeling fancy.


We recommend sipping this somewhere sunny with absolutely nothing on your calendar.
