Tropic Like It’s Hot 🔥🍍🌶️
We’re kicking off our Month of Mocktails… well, not to be too on the nose, but with a kick.
Tropic Like It’s Hot takes The Margarita One and turns it into a spicy pineapple mocktail that’s bright, refreshing, and just a little fiery — not Hot Ones hot, more palate-pleasingly hot.
Did I make this with enough jalapeño?
Absolutely not. That’s on me. Won’t happen again.
Also, the original recipe calls for honey. I left it out. You should, too.
Between the pineapple and The Margarita One, it’s already plenty sweet — unless you’re the kind of person who drinks the caramel drizzle straight from the cup. In which case, we’re not judging… but definitely judging. 😉
Less sweet, more margarita magic? Scale back the pineapple (also makes more batches - double win). Mocktail math for the win!
🍹 Tropic Like It’s Hot
You’ll need:

Add pineapple, lime, and jalapeño slices to a cocktail shaker.
More muddle = more spice -

Drop 2–3 fresh jalapeño slices into the glass.
-
Add ice. Be generous.
-
Pour in the pineapple-lime mix until the glass is about ¾ full.
-
Top with ¼ cup of The Margarita One.

Garnish with a pineapple wedge and be confident you made excellent life choices
Makes 2 servings. Or one big one if it’s a me day. 🍹
