I truly don't understand the American obsession with the need for beverages to contain sugar and sugar substitutes. Until HopLark, I was driving myself crazy looking for "fizzy water" that was just flavor and water. And as a committed IPA (snob) there is no better flavor IMHO than Hops. Then, mixing Hops with hibiscus, chamomile, spruce buds, or (OMG you guys!) Thai basil . . . is simply genius. The trouble is, you can't drink just one and soon I will be spending more on HopLarks than on craft beers! HINT: HopLark Teas need to be delivered in kegs to national, upscale bars and restaurants.
