I can't tell you how excited I was to get the email announcing Hop Water. I'd been buying cans of the special releases throughout the previous year and they were all delicious. And now we would have three mainstays to choose from. While I'd heard of Citra and Mosaic hops, Sabro was new to me. I was fully expecting to like Citra the best – those hops have a reputation for being tropical and juicy – but Sabro blew me away. So tropical. So juicy. So delicious. It was an easy decision to make this my next order.

This has been a miracle IPA replacement for me. I was sick and tired of feeling sick and tired all the time so I reluctantly tried giving up my beloved highly hopped IPAs to see what would happen. I switched to this stuff and it gives most of the hoppy goodness without all of the negative side effects - all with zero calories. I’ve lost 15lbs and haven’t felt better in years!
