Though there is a mysterious origin story to this hop, some say it descends from a Colorado native wild hop varietal. Here in Boulder, we even have Eldorado Canyon, a climbing mecca and a hidden gem in the Flatirons.
In order to bring the hop and our local treasure together, we asked our friend, Rob Lantz, to get a shot of the Boulder Flatirons with a view of the Eldorado Canyon. The result was the stunning sunrise photograph seen on the can.

This is the only variety of hoplark water/seltzer I've had so far, but I really like it! I would give it five stars...but I don't really have anything to compare it to yet (except for Lagunitas hoppy refresher, which is also good). Looking forward to trying more Hoplark varieties!
