The Cinnamon One opens to a wonderful aroma of Fall and hits your taste buds with an amazing cinnamon blast comparable to a strong imperial pumpkin ale. The finish then reminds of me of that fruity spice that a Christmas ale brings. Enjoy this one while watching some holiday classics next to a warm fire. Cheers!!

When this was first announced, I was going to cancel my monthly subscription- but the brewing wizards of Hoplark have done it again!! The first thing after opening the can is a dominant Cinnamon aroma, but taste wise, it doesn’t seem like I’m drinking cinnamon tea in a cinnamon tree cup.. using a cinnamon bark straw.. The HBC hops and a touch of citric acid really balance out the Cinnamon. It’s very harmonious. Y’all made me a lover of cinnamon now…. Keep on doing the impossible!

I was a little skeptical about this one--I like cinnamon in foods, but often drinks with it come out too much like a hot tamale candy o Fireball, which are not my jam. This, however, didn't bring the artificial cinnamon heat but rather the flavor of roasted cinnamon in a baked treat for a very refreshing drink! Over the holidays, we'll test this out as a mixer for some festive bevs. I'd consider getting this again, but think it's be great as part of a 3 or 4 flavor sampler/combo pack.
