    A Basil Delight

    This Hoplark is the most simple I have had-the hops and the basil are perfectly balanced. The flavor starts with the hops and leaves a lingering basil taste. This is one of their most excellent limited editions. Please consider making this one permanent!!!

    My favorite brew

    I first received this brew in July and drank them quickly but missed ordering a second 12 pack. I was thrilled to see the Brilliant Basil One available again and should probably buy them all.. Slightly skunky and pungent.. fabulous!

    Excellent Pairing With Certain Cuisines!

    I was struggling with what I'd say about this brew, but then I paired it with Thai and Italian (not at the same time, of course). As the name suggests, it is very basil-forward and that's what I appreciate about it—you know exactly what to expect!
