Very impressed with the balance of the flavor, with an overall light and refreshing body but with a subtle depth that doesn't lean bitter, contrary to what it says on the tin.

One of the words on the description was "Dank" which I thought wasn't really a good, positive word for a drink... I was totally wrong, this is a bit dank in a good way, a great way.

Love the Strata - At this point it may be my favorite (but I say that A LOT!). Once again, Hoplark hits the mark with a wonderfully hoppy and complex brew. I think that is what I love about Hoplark, in general. Each brew is unique and has a complexity that I never tire of. Please keep up the delicious work!
