Our Story
A simple idea, explored
It all started with a simple question:
How do you create bold, complex flavors with the fewest ingredients possible, only the ones you truly want? How do you make drinks that are genuinely delicious AND good for you?
Our innate curiosity, love of hops, passion for experimentation, and yes, deep, deep geekiness sent us on an adventure to find out. We tested, tweaked, and taste-tested our way through farmers' markets and beyond. What started as a single hoppy tea grew into something nobody expected.
Turns out the answer to "how?" is simple: stay curious, stay bold, and never stop trying new things.
Keep it curious
That curiosity grew into a full lineup: sparkling teas, tea and juice blends, sparkling waters, and 0.0 options. Every one rooted in bold flavor and intentional ingredients. And every one genuinely, cravably delicious.
These are drinks made for everyday moments. A little lift in the morning, a refreshing pause in the afternoon, something satisfying to sip in the evening with people you enjoy. No rules. Just balanced, flavorful drinks you'll want to come back to. A Hoplark for every occasion.
And then there's Larky. Our long-legged, slightly ridiculous mascot has been with us from the start, inspired by the western meadowlarks that joined us on our wandering explorations through the Colorado foothills. Just like a meadowlark's call stops you in your tracks and makes you think "what was that?" – every sip of Hoplark should feel exactly like that. There is no Hoplark without Larky.
We leave the wellness in
We build our drinks around tea and hops because they already bring flavor, balance, and natural benefits all on their own. That lets us keep recipes simple and focused. When we add in fruit or other herbs and plants, it elevates both the flavor and the body, creating layered drinks that taste delicious.
And we mean it about the ingredients. We will never put anything unnecessary in a Hoplark. No artificial flavors, no sweeteners, no shortcuts. Real ingredients, full stop. Every ingredient earns its place.
The result is flavor-forward drinks that are naturally balanced, thoughtfully made, and free from anything that doesn't belong there.
