This is, no hyperbole, my favorite hop water of all time (Hoplark, Lagunitas, homebrewed, anywhere). I get berry and melon, not pungent but probably more than 2/5 hoppiness. Super pleasant and balanced. I haven't had this hop in any beers, but I'll seek it out. Well done, Canada! (Well done, Hoplark!)

Stoked we got to try this hop in a single hop varietal, excited to see it out in beers and see how to melds and compares to what we had in this hop water. Extra benefit with hop waters is not having caffeine so I can enjoy anytime of day!
