Though there is a mysterious origin story to this hop, some say it descends from a Colorado native wild hop varietal. Here in Boulder, we even have Eldorado Canyon, a climbing mecca and a hidden gem in the Flatirons.
In order to bring the hop and our local treasure together, we asked our friend, Rob Lantz, to get a shot of the Boulder Flatirons with a view of the Eldorado Canyon. The result was the stunning sunrise photograph seen on the can.

My favorite yet! The El Dorado hops definitely give deep, earthy notes with a nice bitter bite at the end. Great depth, texture, and body (yes, body in a water!) Not for the faint of heart as it makes you want to start out on your own adventure!
