At Hoplark, we strive to use the absolute best ingredients, always. So while most Juniper available in the US is dehydrated and imported from overseas, we went to our friends at Spruce On Tap to use their hand-foraged Rocky Mountain Juniper. Their Juniper is unique in that it is picked right here in the Colorado Rockies, is never dehydrated, and includes the needles AND the berries. This process allows all of the amazing oils, flavors and aromas to remain unaltered and ready for you to enjoy.  Welcome a little piece of our home into yours!

    Juniper One

    enoyed the Juniper One. It was pleasantly sweet and only slightly bitter. refreshing , crisp and thirst quenching on a warm day. who knew zero alcohol could taste so good. i placed second order!

    i wasn't sure how i would feel about this one. the fresh juniper isn't overpowering for my palate. It's really fresh and light. i loved it! thank you HopLark! cheers!

    Great Flavor, very enjoyable

    Wish the flavor were a bit more intense (feels a little light) but I really enjoy it. Great way to wind down in the evening.

    Too Subtle

    I'm a faithful Hoplark fan and have enjoyed many of the beverages they offer. As another reviewer mentioned, however, I found the juniper to be nearly undetectable over the hops in this one. Though still a decent beverage, I was hoping for much more distinction from the others in the lineup.

    Junipering for Joy

    This new brew is excellent!! Not quite as a piney taste as the Sprucey One, but that berry and fruit after taste is mouth watering. So then yea you take another sip and then another then another. Ok. Grab me a new one. Great work!!
