Love the Strata - At this point it may be my favorite (but I say that A LOT!). Once again, Hoplark hits the mark with a wonderfully hoppy and complex brew. I think that is what I love about Hoplark, in general. Each brew is unique and has a complexity that I never tire of. Please keep up the delicious work!

My favorite is still mosaic wakatau
I liked it. It is a crisp hoppy sparkling water. Not in your face hoppy like dive of the teas (my favorites)... But very drinkable and refreshing
The Explorer series offer an interesting tweak on the core range. But they retain the crispness of the original expressions.
